Levan has 6 years’ experience of working in top-tier business law firms. A significant part of his legal career is connected to BLB, a prestigious Georgian-based law firm in association with English law firm Tulloch & Co, Solicitors, London.
Within the scope of his work at BLB, he consulted major investors and business companies in Georgia, such as Baltic Investment Group, APM Terminals and many more. He also represented and advised various international financial organizations such as EBRD, U.S International Development Finance Corporation, and German Investment Corporation.
Levan was mostly focused on investment & financing projects and was personally involved in the closure of transactions with a total estimated value of around 200 million USD.
Levan also consulted various international tech companies and digital start-ups. He also has the experience of managing local start-up projects.
Levan is the dully licensed civil attorney and member of Georgian Bar Association. He speaks Georgian, English and Russian languages.
